GENERAL

Are your products customizable?
Yes. We offer material, color, strap, and branding customization options (minimum quantity maybe required). Many customers choose to add company logos, adjust attachment methods (belt loops, MOLLE, clips, straps), or modify sizing for unique device setups.

How durable are UltimaCase products?
All products are engineered for high-use environments such as logistics, warehousing, retail, field service, and manufacturing. Materials include ballistic nylon, reinforced stitching, and impact-resistant foams and plastics. Proven in the field over the years.

WRIST MOUNTS

What’s the benefit of a wrist mount?
Wrist mounts allow hands-free operation of scanners or mobile devices, reducing fatigue and improving speed in picking, scanning, or point-of-sale workflows. They’re popular in logistics, retail, and inventory management.

Are wrist mounts adjustable?
Yes. Wrist straps are adjustable for comfort and secure fit and can be worn over sleeves or gloves (needs longer straps).

ROUTEPADS

What is a RoutePad?
A RoutePad is designed to carry a printer and a mobile device, that combines protection, ergonomic grip, and accessories such as charging cable, extra printer rolls etc. It’s especially useful for delivery, field service, and POS operations.

Does the RoutePad support charging docks?
Most of our RoutePads are designed with open access to charging.

MOBILE PRINTER CASES

Why do I need a case for my mobile printer?
Mobile printer cases and covers protect against impact, moisture, and dust while providing easier carry options (shoulder straps, belt loops, mounted holders). They also extend the life of the printer in demanding environments.

Do printer cases block labels or paper?
No. Covers are designed with feed openings that allow smooth label or receipt output while keeping the rest of the printer protected.

SCANNER BOOTS

What is a scanner boot?
A scanner boot is a protective silicone or fabricated sleeve that shields a handheld scanner from drops, shocks, and abrasion without limiting functionality. Can be used in manufacturing environment - (need D-Ring and overhead retractor).

MOBILE POS HOLSTER SLING / WAIST BELT

Do I need to remove my device for payments or scanning?
Yes, you can scan for payment processing by removing your device from the holster.

BUYING & SUPPORT

Do you provide warranty?
We provide warranty against material defects and workmanship.

Do you handle large-scale deployments/rollouts?
Yes. We specialize in outfitting entire fleets of cases for enterprise clients, offering bulk pricing, drop-shipping and deployment support.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

How do I clean the cases and holsters?
Our products can be wiped down with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals that may degrade protective coatings (check out our video showing how to clean holsters and cases).

Are the materials resistant to disinfectants (alcohol wipes, sprays)?
Yes, Healthcare cases and holsters, hand straps can be cleaned (check out our video showing how to clean holsters and cases).

COMPATIBILITY & UPGRADES

What if I upgrade my device — will I need new accessories?
Most accessories are device specific. However, some holsters, mounts, and covers are universal or adjustable. We recommend contacting us before upgrading, to confirm compatibility.

LEAD TIMES & CUSTOM ORDERS

What’s the typical lead time for orders?
Orders less than 25 pcs. normally ship in 3 to 5 business days. Custom orders may require additional lead time depending on design complexity and order size.

Do you support pilot runs before a full rollout?
Yes, we can provide samples or small pilot batches so you can test fit, ergonomics, and workflow integration before large-scale deployment.

SUSTAINABILITY

Are your products eco-friendly?
Most are, and we are actively moving toward sustainable materials (RoHS and REACH compliant, PFAS free materials).
